Actually Keto and calorie deficit is two completely different things. Keto is a low carb diet where your have to track your carb intake versus calorie deficit you track your macros and you burn more calories then your intake.

LOL why is Beau already thinking about when he wants to quit Keto? If he stayed on it for a year or 6 months, you would see improvement no matter what. Then, he would obviously have to limit his sugar and fatty intake, but he could introduce those foods into his system again if he wanted. Calorie deficit could work you have to think like you are burning calories everyday as it is. Add a work out to it and ur adding extra calories ur burning all u have to do is make sure ur eating less calories then ur burning. And u can actual do math to see exactly how much u should burn in a workout to burn a pound a day. For example I weigh 137 I’m 5’2 if I burn like 500 calories during a workout and eat like 1700 calories a day I’ll burn a pound a day.
