As she gets older doing gymnastics make sure she is completely stretching out, three of my aunts got injuries from gymnastics aftee 13/17 years of doing it . With lower back problems, knee cap or leg injuries But DANCE IS SUCH A GOOD alternative as she gets in schools and older, I think she’ll love it ! DANCE IS AN GREAT ENVIRONMENT To be in as a career or as a hobby ! Dance will take her more further than gymnastics but it’s good to try new things

Cleats do make a difference , the baseball ones are longer at the bottom and pointy , meant for dirt . Soccer ones are rounded at the bottom and meant for grass lol . I didn’t think it made a difference the soccer ones are cheaper and nicer and my coach made me return them 😂

I took Gymnastics when I was little and liked it a lot . Then I seen some friends with cheer bows and uniforms so my mom put me in competition cheer and I fell in love ...!!!!!! We could tumble and do stunts .we could dance and cheer . I actually followed it all the way through high school and won 4 scholarships for college !! I hope she loves gymnastics but cheer could also super fun for her ! (Not trying to push cheer or be rude in this lol)

I started my daughter in a mommy and me gymnastics class when she was 2.5 yrs old. This brings back memories 🥺 She’s now 11 and in Allstar cheer, she’s been doing it since she was 3! Her gymnastics coach at that time started a cheer team and she’s been obsessed ever since! She’s Bri _flyer on Instagram you should go check out her acct or search Allstar cheer for some insight in the sport. It’s a great thing you started her young! My daughter and all the athletes I know that started young are full of dedication in every aspect in life and thats because of the discipline they learn in sports.

Woohoo serenity! 🥳 Gymnastics is such a great way to push them to want to do more big girl things , for me it helped my daughter wana potty train ! Also me being a mom who overthinks literally everything I’ve decided to enroll her to prek to be at the campus , I was so scared for her to go to school so I was ok with the whole virtual learning at one point but socializing is so important!!!
